General Product Information

  • Chassis flex is one of the main enemies of good handling. Your front tires can't stay planted if your strut towers are flexing. Put an end to front-end flex with this easy-to-install tubular strut bar. This bar ties your strut towers together, giving you less flex and thererfore better handling.

00-04 Zetec, 00-04 SVT, 00-04 SPI

Handling is definitely stiffer with this, there's much less roll and lean while cornering. Looks nice, adding a bit more colour to the engine compartment. It rubs against the connector for the sensor in the master cylinder's reservoir, stripping off the paint in that spot. This created a rattle that was very hard to find, too.
