99-04 GT, 99-04 V6, 99-01 Cobra, 03-04 Mach 1

Time Required: (approx) 1 hour.

Skill Level: Intermediate - You should have "above average" mechanical knowledge/experience to attempt this installation.

It says it is manufactured by Ford, does this mean it is an OEM product and not aftermarket?

That is correct - this is an OEM product, original equipment on the 2003/2004 Mach 1.

Does the mounting hardware come with this chin spoiler?

The kit comes with 5 push pins and facilitates 14 push pins in total. Although it is not necessary it is recommended that an additional 9 push pins be purchased separately from a local hardware store for extra support in fastening the chin spoiler.
