Popular MAFs such as the 90MM Lightning MAF, and SCT's 'Big Air' Series MAFs are conical (round) on one end and square on the other. In some applications they have to be installed in-line and the square end of the MAF doesn't mate with your existing plumbing.
This conical adaptor bolts on to the square side of your MAF and makes it conical for easy installation in blow-through applications or other applications where the factory square flange no longer works.
