If i buy the multi-programmable chip..is it going to throw off an e-test As well...will just putting this chip in make the car all around more responsive and a "better" car all around?, and will i be able to add a throttle body onto my car and use the same chip?

Installing this chip will make a huge difference in the overall performance and throttle response of your vehicle. When adding a TB you will require a tune change, but this can be built into one of the multiple programs on the chip for use at a later date
