COVID-19 Return Policy

READ BEFORE ORDERING

Due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions in Canada and the US, items are taking longer than usual to arrive.  This is partly due to manufacturing restrictions and delays, as well as shipping delays.  

Please be aware before placing an order that wait times might be 4-6 weeks or longer on certain items.  If you would like to know the availability of an item before purchase, please reach out to us at info@steeda.ca and we will gladly look into it for you.

We will not be issuing refunds for orders cancelled due to wait times.

These are conditions beyond our control and we hope you understand.
